About the cottage
A summer-habitable cottage for yearly rent in Naantali's Rymättylä archipelago, on Keusto island. Short boat ride from the mainland; a boat berth (approx. 2.2 m × 6 m) at our marina is included. You will need your own boat to reach the island.
The cottage sleeps 7 and a separate guesthouse sleeps 4 — 11 beds in total. The cottage has a sauna, mains electricity, an air-source heat pump and well water from the tap (in season). The sea-facing terrace was extended in 2026. A peaceful summer home in genuine archipelago surroundings.
Rental terms
- Rent 5 500 € / year + electricity by consumption
- Special offer: price until the end of 2026 is 2 500 €
- Option to also rent a rowing boat (Terhi Saiman) and outboard motor (Mercury 3.5 hp, 4-stroke) for +500 € / rest of the season
- Season approx. April–October
- A boat berth (approx. 2.2 m × 6 m) is included
- Own boat required
