2. Personal data processed

We process the personal data you provide to us via the contact form, email or phone: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. With your consent we also collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics (see section 7).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare any rental or sales agreement that may follow. The legal basis is your consent (contacting us) and, where relevant, the performance of a contract.

4. Retention

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to handle the matter, and for a maximum of 12 months. Data related to contracts is retained for the period required by accounting law.

5. Sharing of data and service providers

The contact form is provided by Sovellon (sovellon.com), which has its own privacy policy; form submissions are delivered to our email through that service. Rental bookings use Airbnb, which has its own privacy policy. For visitor analytics we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), which has its own privacy policy; data may also be processed outside the EU. We do not share data with other third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to withdraw your consent and to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. Please email us in these matters.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-7LWK1KMZYF) to analyse visitor numbers and how the site is used. Analytics is activated only if you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on the site; no tracking cookies are set before consent (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

Strictly necessary technical cookies (such as the cookie that remembers your consent choice) do not require consent.
